Paul Abatemarco joins Stardust as executive producer for West Coast studio
Joanne Ferraro has dedicated her professional life to fostering both new and established talent. She is known for working closely with and mentoring directors and editors, successfully launching and developing their careers. Beast is proud to welcome her to head up the company’s New York office.
Ferraro joins Beast from Bluerock, New York, where she was executive vice president since 2004. Previous to her career in post production, Ferraro established herself as a leader in production. She was senior vice president at The Artists Company for 13 years and the managing director at bi-coastal Coppos Films for five years.
For the past 17 years, Ferraro has served on the national AICP committee and in 2004 she was Chairman of the AICP Show and Conference. She continues to serve as a member of the Board of Governors for the Show, as well as a Show committee member, a host for the judging panel, and a member of the curatorial committee for the 2008 Show.
